Review patient medical records, reports, and physician notes
- Assign appropriate codes using ICD (International Classification of Diseases), CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), and HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System):
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Verify documentation for completeness and clarity
- Work closely with billing teams to process claims
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Stay updated with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,500.55 - ₹30,000.33 per month
