We provide a unified banking SDK and API that enables fintechs and financial institutions across India to embed financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and more directly into their apps without building backend infrastructure from scratch.

Our platform drastically reduces time-to-market: partners can go live in 7 days versus the traditional 9-12 months per bank integration. We handle regulatory compliance, bank onboarding, and reconciliation so our partners can focus entirely on user experience.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Recruitment Intern who understands startup speed and ownership. This role is ideal for someone who has prior internship experience in recruitment and is eager to take on responsibility in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Based on performance, this internship can convert into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:




- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions
- Support in closing open roles within defined TAT
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- MBA in HR or related field (completed)
- At least one prior internship experience or basic knowledge in recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- High ownership mindset and execution capability
- Comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment metrics

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
