Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes

Ability to prepare shop drawings and technical documentation

Understanding of material specifications like aluminum, glass, steel, and sealants

Site inspection and quality control knowledge

Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients

Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations

Valuable communication and project management skills

Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and project execution

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred:
Experience in facade design calculations and structural analysis

Knowledge of international facade standards and testing procedures
