About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content including social media posts, reels, promotional creatives, videos, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with designers/vendors for branding and promotional activities
- Develop innovative ideas to improve online visibility and audience engagement

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the institute’s social media platforms
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare basic reports and insights for marketing activities
- Ensure consistency in branding and communication across platforms

Outreach & Promotional Activities
- Represent the institute at seminars, presentations, educational fairs, and promotional events
- Coordinate with colleges,



training centers, and industry professionals for outreach initiatives
- Assist in organizing webinars, awareness campaigns, and student engagement activities

Admissions Support
- Conduct follow-ups and cold calling for lead generation and admissions support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends and content creation
- Confident personality with presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, admissions, branding, or social media management
- Basic knowledge of Canva, social media tools, and content creation will be an added advantage
