Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets related to loan portfolios, borrower behavior, and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for management.

2. Lending Data Insights
- Monitor loan disbursement, repayment trends, and portfolio performance.:
- Provide insights to credit and risk teams for better lending decisions.

3. Data Management
- Collect, clean, and organize data from CRM systems, lending platforms, and databases. Maintain data accuracy and consistency in financial reports.

4. Dashboard & Visualization
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.:
- Present insights to business stakeholders and internal teams.

5. Business Support
- Work closely with credit,



operations, and risk teams to support lending analysis.:
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data analytics.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel

Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other data visualization tools

Understanding of lending operations, credit risk, and loan lifecycle
Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights Preferred Skills

Experience in NBFC, fintech.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

Experience working with lending platforms or financial systems

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, B.tech in Computer Science.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
