Position Details

- Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years (Real Estate preferred)

Salary & Advantages
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
- Accommodation: Provided by company (stay only)
- High performers earning potential: ₹50,000 - ₹1,20,000/month

Role Objective

To convert company-generated leads into confirmed bookings by managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30-50 fresh leads daily assigned through CRM
- Explain MHADA project details and build customer trust
- Schedule and manage site visits




- Conduct project presentations and client meetings
- Follow up continuously to convert leads into bookings
- Close customer bookings through MHADA portal:
- ₹590 registration process
- 5% booking amount collection
- Maintain proper CRM updates and reporting
- Coordinate with backend team for:
- Documentation
- Loan discussions
- Payment process
- Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proven experience in target-based sales
- Ability to independently handle and close clients
- Aggressive follow-up and conversion mindset
- Dedicated, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with:
- Site visits
- Client meetings
- Sales closures
- Must be willing to relocate to Nagpur
- Basic CRM and lead management knowledge required
