Production Management: Oversee daily activities on the production floor, ensuring kitchen components (cabinets, shelves, units) are manufactured according to design specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for precision, focusing on drilling, edge banding, and panel quality to ensure seamless assembly.
- Team Supervision: Coordinate, train, and manage carpenters and factory helpers, directing them on daily tasks and safety protocols.
- Material Control: Track inventory of panels, laminates, and hardware, and ensure materials are prepared for the production line
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
