* Follow and execute day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair tasks.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

*Implement the preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel facilities and equipment to ensure effective functioning and minimize breakdowns.
- Collaborate with maintenance team, including Engineer, technicians, electricians, and plumbers.

*Execute tasks and adhere to safety standards and hotel policies.

*Assist in Maintaining records of all repairs, maintenance work, and service agreements.

*Help to prepare periodic maintenance reports..

*Respond to urgent maintenance requests and address any emergencies like equipment breakdowns or safety hazards promptly.

*Monitor and suggest improvements in energy usage to ensure the hotel operates efficiently while reducing utility costs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
