Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Montessori-based learning activities
- Support children’s development in language, numeracy, practical life, and creative skills
- Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and track each child’s progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Organize storytelling, circle time, and interactive classroom activities
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Montessori Training / Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in preschool, kindergarten, or Montessori teaching preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Patient, energetic,
and passionate about early childhood education
Preferred
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience handling preschool or kindergarten children
