We are looking for a student-focused Education Counselor to handle student queries, provide course guidance, and drive enrollments. This role involves interacting with both new and existing students through calls and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments and assist in the admission process
- Support existing students by resolving their queries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Google Sheets
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of tele-calling tools and CRM systems
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude with a student-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Experience in Education, Ed-tech, or Inside Sales
