- This internship provides hands on exposure to in house legal work, contract lifecycle management, compliance processes, and corporate advisory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The selected interns will assist the Legal & Compliance team in:
- 1. Contracting & Commercial Support
- Reviewing and red lining commercial agreements with third party (including NDAs, procurement service agreements, and customer contracts/T&C;).
- Assisting in drafting standard contract clauses and maintaining contract templates.
- Supporting negotiation preparation by conducting background research on legal issues and contractual risks.
- 2. Legal Research & Advisory- Conducting legal and case law research on issues relating to the Information Technology Act, contract law, company law, data privacy, labour codes and other relevant Indian laws.
- Preparing concise legal research notes/opinions, internal briefs, and risk assessment summaries.
- 3. Corporate Governance & Company Law Support- Assisting in reviewing and updating litigation trackers,



statutory filings and maintaining proper records of the same.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Educational Requirements
- 4th or 5th year students enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. program.
- Must have good knowledge in Contract Law and Company Law.
- Prior Experience- Previous internships with established law firms (mandatory).
- Exposure to commercial/transactional teams is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies- Solid legal research and writing skills.
- Good understanding of contract structures and legal terminology.
- Ability to analyze statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
