About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Marketing Automation Developer to join our data-driven MarTech team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing complex, personalized customer journeys and marketing automations. This role demands deep technical expertise with Braze, hands-on experience with modern data activation and integration tools (Segment CDP, Hightouch, Google BigQuery),



and a passion for leveraging data to drive engagement and business outcomes.

You will work closely with product, data, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns and lifecycle programs. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and help shape our automation and data activation strategy.
