Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Cab Operations Management:
- Ensure all cabs are operational and meet company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Monitor cab availability and deployment to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Address operational challenges, including cab breakdowns or delays, with mínimal disruption.
- Driver Performance Monitoring:
- Track driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers.
- Ensure drivers maintain professional behavior, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
- Driver Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in identifying, interviewing, and hiring skilled and reliable drivers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and training programs.
- Ensure new drivers understand and align with PNK CABS’ core values and objectives.
- Enhance Offline Bookings:
- Identify and implement strategies to increase offline bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, and event organizers for partnerships.




- Organize promotional campaigns to boost offline customer engagement.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to cab operations or driver performance.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect PNK CABS’ commitment to clean and timely transportation.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare regular reports on operations, driver performance, and booking trends.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in transportation, logistics, or related roles. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Robust leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting.
