Enermaax Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Safety Officer.

Role Responsibilities:
1. HSE Policy, Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's HSE Management System (HSEMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable Indian regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with the Factories Act, Building & Other Construction Workers Act, Workplace Protection Act, and all relevant state-level HSE statutes.
- Obtain, maintain, and renew all statutory HSE approvals, consents, and permits for project sites and offices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies — Factory Inspectorates, PCB, labour departments — for inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.

2. Risk Assessment & Hazard Management
- Lead systematic Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessments (RA), and Aspect-Impact Assessments for all project activities.
- Develop and maintain site-specific HSE plans, emergency response plans (ERP), and rescue procedures.
- Implement and monitor critical risk controls for high-hazard activities — working at height, electrical works, HV commissioning,



and confined space entry.
- Maintain a hazard register and track corrective actions to closure with defined accountability and timelines.

3. Permit to Work (PTW) System
- Administer and oversee the Permit to Work system for all high-risk and non-routine activities on project sites.
- Train and authorise site supervisors and engineers as PTW issuers and receivers.
- Conduct regular PTW audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Ensure lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures are rigorously implemented for all electrical isolation activities.

4. Incident Management & Investigation
- Establish and maintain a robust incident reporting, investigation, and learning system across all sites.
- Lead or facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare detailed incident investigation reports and present findings and corrective actions to senior man
