Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures as per hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct regular surveillance of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
- Monitor hand hygiene practices and ensure compliance among healthcare workers
- Train and educate staff on infection prevention protocols and standard precautions
- Conduct infection control audits in all departments (ICU, OT, wards, OPD, etc.)
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and waste management practices
- Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain infection control data, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with microbiology department for culture reports and infection trends
- Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management rules
- Participate in hospital infection control committee (HICC) meetings




- Monitor antibiotic usage and support antimicrobial stewardship programs
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by staff
- Conduct environmental rounds and ensure cleanliness standards
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
- Good understanding of microbiology and sterilization techniques
- Excellent observation and auditing skills
- Solid communication and training abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Leadership and coordination skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
