*Responsibilities & Duties*

Customer Engagement: Warmly greet customers, engage them in conversation, and provide personalized styling advice to build lasting relationships.

Sales Drive: Achieve personal and team sales targets by showcasing product knowledge, cross-selling accessories, and upselling higher-value items.

Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, new arrivals, fabrics, and fit to accurately answer customer questions.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s visual standards by restocking, folding, organizing, and ensuring displays are appealing.

Operations & POS: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including returns and exchanges.

Inventory & Maintenance: Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and floor sets,



keeping the store clean and orderly.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or apparel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers genuinely.

Solid understanding of current fashion trends and styling principles.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
