Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Guide customers through the purchase process and close basic sales.
Achieve customer satisfaction and support sales targets.
Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
