Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of interior construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Cost Management: Prepare detailed quantity and cost estimates, develop bar bending schedules, and perform rate analysis to manage project budgets effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and material logs.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes,



regulations, and Vastu principles.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
