Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Classroom Management
- Deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, operations, shapes, measurements, and problem-solving.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom workplace.
- Use teaching aids like manipulatives, charts, and digital tools.

2. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Execution
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Incorporate real-life examples to simplify concepts.

3. Student Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments (class tests, worksheets, oral activities).
- Evaluate student understanding and maintain academic records.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial teaching.
- Provide feedback to students and parents.

Concept Building & Skill Development
- Strengthen basic numeracy and logical reasoning skills.
- Encourage problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Use games, puzzles, and math activities to enhance interest.

5. Classroom Activities & Engagement
- Conduct activities like:
- Math games and quizzes
- Hands-on activities (counting objects, measurement tasks)
- Group work and peer learning
- Participate in math-related events (Math Day, competitions).

6. Parent & School Coordination
- Communicate student progress during PTMs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators.
- Follow school academic policies and discipline guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
