About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and community-oriented Field Workers to support

implementation of CSR and community development activities at Patalganga MIDC area and

around villages related to solar street lights, scholarships, health camps, laptop distribution, and

nutrition support programs. The role involves regular field visits, beneficiary coordination,

community mobilization, and maintaining proper documentation of activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize community members for health camps, scholarship programs, and awareness

activities
- Coordinate with village leaders, schools, healthcare teams, and local stakeholders
- Support installation and monitoring of solar street lights and report maintenance issues
- Support organization of health camps including registration, crowd management, and

coordination with doctors




- Assist in distribution of nutrition kits and maintain beneficiary records
- Maintain daily activity reports, attendance records, photographs, and documentation
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure smooth implementation of project activities

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate, Master of Social Work (MSW) will be preferred
- Prior experience in Social work, NGO, CSR, healthcare, education, or rural development

projects preferred
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Positive communication skills in local language and Hindi; basic English preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within project areas
