Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Associate (Fresher) to manage day-to-day financial operations and support our long-term financial planning. As an entry-level professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights that help management make informed business decisions.

5. Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger Management: Record daily financial transactions and ensure they are coded correctly in the accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Oracle).
- Budgeting & Forecasting:



Assist in the annual budgeting process and monthly variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
- Financial Statements: Prepare foundational drafts of balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, or local equivalents) and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry and streamline financial workflows.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors for payments and coordinate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

6. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or semi-qualified CA/CFA/ACCA).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with at least one accounting software or ERP.
