Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Classroom Management
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach Social Science concepts using stories, activities, and real-life examples.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use teaching aids like charts, maps, models, and digital tools.

2. Lesson Planning & Curriculum Execution
- Prepare lesson plans as per academic guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Integrate experiential learning methods and activity-based teaching.

3. Student Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments (oral, written, worksheets, projects).
- Maintain records of student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

4. Student Development
- Encourage curiosity about surroundings, culture, and workplace.
- Promote values such as respect, responsibility, and citizenship.




- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.

5. Classroom Activities & Engagement
- Organize activities like:
- Map work
- Role plays
- Storytelling sessions
- Group discussions
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, and celebrations.

6. Parent & School Coordination
- Communicate student progress during PTMs.
- Work closely with coordinators and other teachers.
- Follow school policies, discipline norms, and reporting systems.

7. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain student records, attendance, and reports.
- Update ERP systems (if applicable).
- Assist in exam duties and school-level responsibilities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
