We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This role focuses on transforming long-form content such as podcasts, live programs, and event videos into visually engaging short-form videos, social media graphics, and highlights. Most of our content will be in Punjabi, so familiarity with the language and culture is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Create social media reels, short videos, and highlight clips from long-form content.
- Design visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, banners, and social media posts aligned with branding.
- Edit podcasts and event recordings, including trimming, adding intros/outros, captions, and enhancing audio/video quality.
- Add motion graphics, basic animations, and effects to elevate content engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent visual and video style across platforms.
- Optimize content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.




- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or similar).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and creating visually engaging content.
- Experience with podcasts, events, or live video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Punjabi content, culture, and social media trends is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

Education:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Film, Media, Communication, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
