Role Objective
To lead and optimize LCHHS’s digital ecosystem across Website, CRM, AI, LMS and business systems, ensuring seamless customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalable technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Digital Experience
- Lead development and enhancement of a premium, high-conversion website
- Improve customer journeys, UX, performance, and digital funnels

2. CRM & Business Systems
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho People and Zoho Books
- Ensure seamless integration across platforms and workflows

3. Program Platform & Coach Enablement
- Act as business owner for the Program Delivery Platform being developed by external partners
- Work with internal teams to improve workflows, automation, usability, and adoption

4. AI & Automation
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across operations and customer workflows
- Work with external AI partners to improve productivity and efficiency




- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI tools, and digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and create competitive advantage for the business

5. Vendor & Project Management
- Manage external technology partners and internal project coordination
- Drive timelines, priorities, execution quality, and delivery accountability

6. Data & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for operational and business visibility

7. Infrastructure Oversight
- Oversee hosting, cloud infrastructure, performance, security, and scalability through technology partners

Desired Skills & Competencies
- 10-15 years experience in technology, product, digital transformation, or business systems roles
- Prior experience in wellness, health-tech, edtech, consumer internet, digital-first, or service-led businesses preferred
- Solid experience managing vendor-led tech
