Assist physicians in examining patients and recording medical histories
- Support diagnosis and treatment planning under supervision
- Prepare and type patient case summaries, discharge summaries, and medical reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (electronic or manual)
- Transcribe doctors’ notes, prescriptions, and clinical findings
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure proper documentation flow
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of medical records

Pay: ₹18,188.42 - ₹25,433.31 per month

Work Location: In person
