Job Title: Fine Arts Faculty (Guest / Contract Basis)

Location: Lakhotia College of Design
Qualification: BFA / MFA (Fine Arts)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Fine Arts Faculty to conduct engaging sessions in arts, sculpture, and creative workshops. This is a guest/contract-based role, ideal for artists who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students through hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical sessions in Fine Arts, including:
- Drawing & Sketching
- Painting Techniques (acrylic, watercolor, mixed media)
- Sculpture & 3D Art
- Creative Workshops & Exploratory Art
- Guide students in conceptual thinking and artistic expression:
- Plan and execute short-term workshops and studio activities:
- Mentor students in developing art portfolios:
- Encourage experimentation with materials and techniques
- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback

Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in visual arts and sculpture:




- Ability to conduct interactive, hands-on sessions:
- Creative mindset with exposure to different art forms:
- Good communication and student engagement skills
- Ability to design workshop-based learning experiences

Eligibility Criteria
- BFA / MFA in Fine Arts
- Prior teaching or workshop experience preferred:
- Practicing artist / freelancer is an added advantage
