About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing support and assist at the cash counter when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the store manager.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.




- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Team player with willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
