Job Description: Merchandise/Production Coordinator

Role Overview

We are hiring a Merchandising & Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination across product development, production tracking, and logistics. The role requires solid follow-ups, documentation skills, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and factories.

Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Client Coordination: Manage approvals (samples, trims, artwork, tech packs); finalize mock-ups; create/maintain PLM style data; handle sales and purchase orders.
- Production Coordination:



Track factory samples and production; monitor schedules; review pre-production pieces; ensure timely approvals and handovers.
- Logistics & Imports: Oversee international shipments; manage movement of samples, trims, fabrics, finished goods; maintain inventory records.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain trackers for production, quality, dispatch; update PLM/project tools; provide clear status reports; organize records in shared drives

Key Skills
- 2-4 years in Merchandising, production coordination, logistics, or imports (fashion/apparel/home).
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel Production, Commerce, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of tech packs, product development, fabrics & trims.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with factories & clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Sheets; experience with PLM/ERP systems and project management tools like Asana is a plus.
