Qualification: MHA / PGDM / MBA (Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Hospital Administration
- Develop and update training materials as per industry standards
- Provide real-time case studies and practical exposure to students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and track student performance
- Guide students on career opportunities, placements, and industry expectations
- Support placement activities including interview preparation and grooming
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth batch execution
- Stay updated with current trends in healthcare and hospital management

Required Skills:




- Solid knowledge in hospital operations and healthcare systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Student handling and mentoring capability
- Industry awareness and practical exposure

Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in teaching / training is an added advantage
- Experience in hospital or healthcare operations will be preferred
- Passion for teaching and student development
