Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide information about the product & service
- Answer questions about the product & service
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Update customer information in the company database
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

1)Educational Qualification:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree

2)Experience:
Fresher to 2 Years (0 -2 Years)

3)Professional skills:
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi languages
- Good self-presentation skill

4)Desirable skills:
- Pleasant personality with attentive posture
- Adherence to company policies
- Avoid disclosing confidential information with outsiders.
