Job Overview:
Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialist end user support and resolution of issues with SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and Logistics General & execution solutions evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to design, develop, projects and maintaining service.

Your role will require collaboration with other business functions and multi-functional IT members to ensure the ongoing system integrity and stability. You will work in a fast-paced, with multiple teams and customers.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL, at both Level 2 and 3 support.
- At least one S/4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Deep experience in SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Sourcing and Procurement as well as good thorough knowledge in SAP MM and basic understanding on SAP Global Trade system (GTS).

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:




- Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA
- Knowledge on Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and Billing, Revenue and Entitlement Management System (EMS).
- Experience on Integration between S/4HANA and EMS using SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) and/or other Middleware.
- Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow and other web-based technologies.
- Experience of the semi-conductor industry or other Engineering based organizations.
