Therapist - Special Preparatory Centre | ARULA for Autism

At ARULA for Autism, we are creating a compassionate and structured environment for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences through our Special Preparatory Centre.

We are looking for passionate, patient, and energetic Therapists who are eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children with autism and developmental differences.
- Support communication, behavior, learning, and daily developmental goals.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and small-group sessions.
- Assist in implementing individualized developmental and learning plans.
- Collaborate with senior therapists and parents to track progress.
- Maintain session notes and progress reports.
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for children.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Speech Therapy,



Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Child Development, or related fields preferred.
- Freshers with passion and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to work with children.
- Solid observation and teamwork skills.
