Required: M. Sc (Zoology) & Zoologist, Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and execute ecotoxicology studies on aquatic and terrestrial species such as fish, daphnia, earthworms, and honeybees.
Maintain and manage laboratory stock cultures of test organisms in line with OECD or other guidelines.
Prepare media, reagents, and test solutions; operate laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Develop and validate new study protocols and models as required.
Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data; prepare technical summaries and reports in compliance with GLP and regulatory expectations.
Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence within the team.
Supervise and train research associates and laboratory technicians; ensure efficient day-to-day laboratory management.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure secure and efficient data management and documentation in line with organizational policies.
Maintain all technical data and records electronically in accordance with internal systems and regulatory standards.
Deliver scientific presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations within the department.
Participate in scientific meetings, seminars, and conferences when required.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to explain technical aspects of ecotoxicological endpoints and study results.
Contribute to departmental audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
