Designation: E-commerce Operations Executive (Freshers can apply)

Location: KNK, Nungambakkam

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations including order processing, inventory tracking and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Operations Management
- Process daily orders from website/marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure timely order packing and dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries

Inventory Management
- Track stock levels and update inventory regularly
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for stock replenishment
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory records

Business & Coordination
- Monitor daily sales and basic reports
- Assist in pricing updates and product availability
- Coordinate internally for smooth operations





Marketplace & Listing Support
- Upload and update product listings (images, pricing, descriptions)
- Ensure product data accuracy across platforms

Customer Handling
- Handle basic customer queries (orders, returns, refunds)
- Coordinate for return pickups and issue resolution

Skills Required:
- Basic Excel knowledge & Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Prior internship/experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferred, not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
