Interior Execution Supervisor (Carpentry, Modular & Finishing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Execution Supervisor with strong experience in carpentry execution, furniture installation, and finishing works for residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day interior site execution independently:
- Supervise carpentry works (custom + modular furniture):
- Execute work as per drawings, BOQ, and timelines:
- Ensure proper execution of: Laminates & veneers, Edge banding, PU/Duco polish, Glass & metal finishes
- Maintain alignment, joints, gaps, and finishing quality:
- Handle carpenters, polish workers, and other labour teams directly:
- Coordinate with design team for execution details:
- Plan and track materials, measurements,



and site progress:
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively:
- Share daily site updates (photos/videos):
- Take ownership of snag closure and final handover

Must-Have Requirements (Strict Filtering)
- Minimum 1 year experience in interior site execution (not civil):
- Strong experience in:Carpentry (custom furniture execution), Modular furniture installation, Interior finishing works
- Good knowledge of:Laminates, veneers, edge banding, PU/Duco polish and finishing quality, Interior detailing and execution methods
- Ability to read interior drawings and BOQ:
- Experience handling carpenters and interior labour teams:
- Must own a bike/scooty for site visits:
- Comfortable working full-time on-site

We Are NOT Looking For
- Civil site engineers with only RCC/structural experience

- Experience in apartments and villa interiors:
