About the Role:
Krish Services Group is hiring for a strategic Growth Executive role aimed at building a strong pipeline of future growth leaders.

This is not a generic fresher role — it is a high-impact position contributing directly to the organization’s growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Krish’s business model, services, and growth strategy
- Support execution of growth initiatives across service lines
- Engage with prospective customers and assist in solution positioning
- Contribute to lead generation and qualification activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners




- Maintain and update CRM tools for pipeline tracking

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates (any discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in business development / growth roles
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Structure:
- Training Period:3 months:
- Stipend during training:₹10,000 per month:
- Post training:Full time conversion based on performance:
- Compensation revision applicable after successful conversion

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
