About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online phonics classes for children.
- Take demo sessions for parents/students as scheduled.
- Teach phonics rules, reading skills, blending, segmenting, spelling patterns, and pronunciation.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide feedback to parents on the child’s progress when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules and student progress.
- Ensure timely attendance and availability during the 3 PM - 9 PM working window.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of phonics rules (blends, digraphs, magic E,



R-controlled vowels, alternative spellings, tricky words, etc.).
- Prior experience teaching phonics/early literacy is preferred (not mandatory).
- Valuable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet teaching workplace.
- Ability to handle young learners with patience and enthusiasm.
