About us

We're a Surat-based SEO and AI search optimization agency working with US, UK, and global clients. We help businesses rank on Google, get cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity, and grow their organic traffic using a documented in-house workflow.

We're hiring an Upwork bidder to join our team in-office and own our proposal pipeline - writing custom bids, replying to client chats, and feeding qualified leads to our delivery team.

What you'll do

Write tailored Upwork proposals for SEO and AI SEO projects (no copy-paste templates). Monitor the Upwork feed and bid on relevant current posts within 30-60 minutes of going live.

Handle initial client chat - clarify project scope, answer pricing questions, qualify the lead. Book discovery calls on the founder's calendar once a lead is warm. Track every bid, response, and outcome in a shared sheet so we can iterate on what's working.

You won't deliver the work. You'll win it.

What we need from you (non-negotiable)

Fluent written English - every proposal is judged on the first three lines.



Basic SEO or content marketing literacy -you can use terms like "topical authority," "internal linking," and "AI Overview" credibly. Written proposals only - we screen for AI-generated bids and will reject them.

Nice to have

Prior experience bidding for SEO, content, or digital marketing agencies specifically. Familiarity with GEO/AEO/LLM optimization (getting clients cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews). A portfolio of 2-3 winning proposals you can share (redacted versions are fine).
