We are looking for someone who can see content where others see routine —

and turn everyday school life into premium, engaging social media storytelling.

What You Will Do

Capture high-quality photos and videos of daily school activities

Shoot Instagram Reels, Stories, and event highlights

Guide teachers/students on how to pose, perform, and present for camera

Work with the in-house designer to convert raw content into final creatives

Identify content opportunities proactively (not wait for instructions)

Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual quality

Ensure content is social-media-ready, not just documentation





What We’re Looking For

Someone who understands Instagram content deeply (Reels > Photos mindset)

Has an eye for:
framing

lighting

candid storytelling

Can turn:
a classroom → into a story

an activity → into a reel

Knows what makes content:
engaging

shareable

aspirational

What This Role Is NOT

Not a desk job

Not just posting content

Not basic photography

This is a creator role, not an operator role.

1-3 years experience in:
social media content creation

reels / short-form video

Experience with:
schools / events / lifestyle content (bonus)

Skilled in:
mobile videography

basic editing (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro)
