Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with at least 2 year of hands-on experience to manage our online campaigns, optimise sales funnels, and drive measurable results. If you're passionate about Google Ads, social media strategies, and converting leads into customers, this onsite role in Lucknow is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and target high-intent audiences.
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to boost engagement and brand visibility.




- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other tools; provide weekly reports on KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Collaborate with different teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends and experiment with A/B testing to improve results.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads, social media marketing (organic and paid), and sales funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of SEO basics, content marketing, and audience targeting.
- Solid analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; on-site availability in Lucknow required.
