We are looking for a high-energy, results-orientedSales Executive to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to drive enrollment for our weight loss programs by converting inquiries into committed clients through personalized consultations and relationship building.:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Follow up promptly on inquiries from social media, website forms, and walk-ins to schedule consultations.

Consultative Selling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand a prospect's health goals and present the most suitable weight loss packages.

Relationship Management: Build rapport with leads and maintain a follow-up pipeline to nurture long-term interest.

Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for program enrollments and supplementary product sales.

Market Outreach: Assist in local promotional events, corporate tie-ups,



and health camps to generate new leads.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales data in the CRM system.Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.

Empathy: Ability to handle sensitive conversations regarding weight and health with qualified discretion and care.

Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; a background in Marketing or Healthcare Management is a plus.Full Time
