Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales & Operations Executive who will support SimuRise’s sales and business development efforts while also owning key operations, delivery support,



and admin coordination tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, sharp with communication, comfortable speaking to corporates, and enjoys managing moving parts from lead management and proposals to delivery readiness and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

A) Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
- Lead Support & Coordination: Work with the Sales/BD team to manage inbound and outbound leads.
- Database Building: Create, clean, and maintain corporate prospect databases (sector-wise, region-wise).
- CRM Updates: Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and notes.
- Meeting Setup & Follow-ups: Schedule calls/meetings, send confirmations, and ensure follow-up cadence.
- Requirement Gathering: Capture client needs, context, event objectives, audience size, and timelines.
- Proposal & Deck Support: Assist in drafting proposals, creating pitch decks, and customizing content bas
