We are looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right users at the right stage of the funnel.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team to create high-performing creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily — optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager,



and conversion tracking to ensure accurate data measurement.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and web development teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize ad spend efficiently within the allocated monthly budget

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of running performance-focused paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Solid understanding of campaign structures — campaigns, ad sets, ads, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion
