Job Summary

Dr. Sheth’s Skin & Hair Clinics is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive at our Clinics. As an Accounts Executive, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow monitoring, vendor payments, staff salary processing, reconciliations, and financial documentation. You will work closely with existing team members to ensure timely payments, maintain accurate accounting records, assist in statutory compliances, and support smooth financial operations across the clinics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, voucher entries, and ledger scrutiny.
- Handling vendor payments, staff salary processing, staff reimbursements, and maintaining payment schedules.
- Verifying invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.




- Monitoring cash flow, clinic collections, bank reconciliations, and payment reconciliations.
- Managing all bank accounts and coordinating with bank executives for transaction-related matters.
- Preparing basic MIS reports related to collections, expenses, and cash flow.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, etc.).
- Ensuring timely statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and MSME requirements.
- Assisting in internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
- Coordinating with clinic teams, vendors, auditors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
- Maintaining a positive and qualified attitude towards co-workers.
- Complying with all Clinic policies and the employee handbook.
- Working Hours: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday, except official holidays.
