Job Title: Service Coordinator - AMC & Maintenance

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate service requests from AMC clients. The role involves handling client communication, assigning service engineers, tracking job completion, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. AMC Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients
- Receive, log, and prioritize service complaints/calls
- Ensure prompt response and resolution within SLA timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction

2. Service Call Management
- Assign service engineers based on location, skillset, and urgency
- Track daily service calls and ensure closure
- Follow up with engineers for updates and reports
- Escalate critical issues to management when required

3. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily/weekly service schedules
- Coordinate preventive maintenance visits as per AMC contracts




- Optimize manpower utilization and reduce downtime

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of service calls, complaints, and resolutions
- Prepare service reports, call logs, and performance summaries
- Ensure all service documentation is completed and filed

5. Billing & Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts for service billing (non-AMC calls)
- Track extra works/variations and inform billing team
- Ensure proper documentation for invoicing

6. Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for spare parts/materials
- Ensure timely availability of materials for service jobs

Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic technical understanding of electrical/MEP systems (preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients

- Graduate (any stream)
