- Location: Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, New Delhi
- Shift: Day Shift (Typically 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: Generally ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000+ per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively contact existing and potential customers (retailers, carpenters, furniture manufacturers) from a database.
- Sales Generation: Pitch, promote, and sell plywood, laminates, and timber products to meet daily/monthly sales targets.
- Lead Qualification & Closing: Assess customer needs, provide product information,



and close sales orders over the phone.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow-Up & Scheduling: Follow up on inquiries and schedule showroom visits or meetings for the field sales team.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately record details of customer purchases, feedback, and interaction in the company’s system/CRM.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of plywood grades (MR, BWR, BWP), laminates, and furniture materials to make suitable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,237.46 - ₹30,899.90
