Role Description

This is a full time on-site Telecaller role located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating and managing calls to potential and existing clients, promoting company services, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, following up with prospects,



and ensuring positive client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to meet sales or engagement targets.

Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to make cold calls, understand client preferences, and provide excellent customer service
- Skills in persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling to achieve business goals
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and creating reports
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous

Pay: ₹8,499.48 - ₹30,754.21 per month
