SEO Team Lead

Location: Tricity Plaza, Sector 20, Panchkula

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEO team for daily SEO activities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Perform website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, and landing pages
- Plan and execute backlink building strategies
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
- Handle Technical SEO issues including indexing, crawling, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals
- Create SEO reports and present progress updates to management and clients
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends
- Train and guide junior SEO executives and team members





Requirements & Skills
- Solid knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Good understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies
- Experience in handling multiple SEO projects and clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze data and create SEO growth strategies
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
