Job Description - Customer Relationship Intern (Forex Operations)

Position Title:
Customer Relationship Intern - Forex

Duration:
2-3 Months Internship

Department:
Forex / Remittance Operations

Role Objective:
To provide hands-on exposure to forex operations while supporting customer engagement activities with existing remittance clients and pitching forex-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with existing remittance customers (100% convertible leads - no cold calling)

Understand customer requirements related to forex and currency exchange

Pitch relevant forex products and services to customers

Assist in client relationship management and follow-ups

Support the team in day-to-day forex operations and documentation

Maintain records of customer interactions and conversions

Learn compliance basics and operational processes in forex transactions

Learning Outcomes:




Practical exposure to forex business and remittance operations

Understanding of customer handling and conversion strategies

Development of communication and sales skills in financial services

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or related field)

Interest in banking, finance, or forex industry

Stipend - 6000 to 10,000/- per month

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
