We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn podcast episodes into engaging trailers, reels, and short-form content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Edit full podcast episodes into high-quality short clips and trailers
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and teaser videos
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, zoom-ins, and motion graphics
- Maintain brand style and storytelling flow across all content
- Select impactful moments from podcasts to maximize audience engagement
- Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team for creative ideas

Requirements:
- Experience in podcast/video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,



or similar software
- Solid understanding of short-form content trends and audience retention
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to deliver projects on time
- Basic knowledge of audio enhancement and subtitle creation is a plus

Preferred Skills:
- Motion graphics and animation
- Thumbnail designing
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
